Case Study 4 - Bogus Insurance Claim

Our Client, an Insurance Company, instructed us to investigate Mr T's claim regarding his alleged personal injury, following a Motoring accident. Mr T claimed that , so severe was his back pain/whiplash, that he was unable to work, walk very far or even stand for any length of time.

Our client was shocked (perhaps not!) when our surveillance had shown Mr T building a small kitchen extension, shopping in a well known Supermarket and even playing football for his local Pub, in the Sunday League.

Needless to say, Mr T did not receive his expected compensation cheque!
